This policy describes how Rook Technology Consulting handles information from this website, client outreach email and the internal AI Workspace Ops tool.
Information we use
If you contact us through the website, we use the details you provide to respond and assess a possible engagement. Our website and hosting providers may process basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to operate and protect the site. The site uses essential cookies and has no optional advertising or analytics cookies. For client outreach, we use publicly available business information and keep outreach and reply records to avoid duplicates and respect opt-outs. AI Workspace Ops is an internal tool. With the account owner's permission, it accesses Jeremiah Reed's own Gmail account to read and label replies, prepare drafts, and send authorized business and job-search messages, and it may write operational files to his own Google Drive. It does not access anyone else's account.
How we use and share information
We use information to operate the website and tool, respond to inquiries, conduct relevant outreach, manage Jeremiah's job search, keep records, and meet legal obligations. We never sell or rent personal information, and we do not use Google account data for advertising. Service providers may process information only as needed to provide these functions. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed and use reasonable security safeguards.
Your choices and contact
To stop client outreach, reply "opt out" to any outreach email or write to [email protected]. You can also use that address to ask about, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to records we must keep. We will update the date above when this policy changes.
